I am a Professor at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business (Go Irish!). I earned my Ph.D. in Management and B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). As a highly-published, highly-cited scholar, I have served as an Associate Editor for the Academy of Management Journal (2019-2022) and currently hold the role of Deputy Editor at Organization Science.
My research focuses on people’s relationships with their jobs and the connections that influence their work. This research fuels my passion for teaching evidence-based best practices. Over the years, I have taught a variety of courses, including change management, decision-making, diversity management, leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution, research methods, and talent management.
